omom13498yTo betrue, freelancers are making the price so low that the whole market price is going down.. seriously now a simple app is invoiced at what ? 100$ ? That's ridiculous.. don't know if it's a good revenue in India but I noticed that most Indians are making prices really low.. :/

Korvax55218y@omomthings programmers salary in australia is around $7,000 so instead of just 1 programmer some companies end up hiring a team of programmers from india with the salary of 1 programmer

geogen67yHere's cool app cost calculator - https://cleveroad.com/mobile-app-de...
For example, they want for Uber clone app around $9000, and it's not Indian price -
VeroNikaaa012dI see a lot of people asking why some devs charge super low while others are way higher. Yes, hiring a cheap team instead of one pricey dev sounds good, but the quality usually matches the price.
Found this cost calculator the other day kinda handy. Like, a simple web app (few screens, existing designs, up to 500 users) could run around 6k–11k $ for a month of work.
Not perfect numbers, but it gives some perspective.
Wait... so every single time I make an app, I'm technically saving $10,000+ ?
