If it's a good quality, freshly ground bean, then black. If it's just something quick, I add a little cream.

A dark bean, freshly ground in my manual grinder, steeped slowly in my espresso maker. Then add cardamom, chocolate, ginger, and cinnamon. Add a touch of heavy cream. There. I just saved $5 in 4 minutes.

Dark, Swedish burn-roasted coffee with just enough water to make it into a tar-like paste. Black.

Anyways it's a large mocha with an extra espresso shot.
They actually add regulars to the till as a button to instantly pick the coffee you normally get. (Probably a common thing but this is the first time I've become a regular at a coffee shop) -

375ml ToGo cup
- 5 tea spoons of espresso powder
- 5 tea spoons sweet chocolate powder (usually used for milk)
- around 350ml hot water
- around 25ml milk

How does everyone here like their coffee?
For every cup I drink, it should be espresso (0.35 litres) with three cubes 'o sugar and a little shot of milk.
