I think my company "quiet firing" on me.

    Have they stopped including you in the regular meetings?

    I got a PIP (performance improvement plan) after proving CTO wrong to accuse me of XYZ.

    So we’re on the same boat.

    It’s funny because this PIP is due in Q1 next year. Not suspicious at all.

    To be honest, this is probably a blessing in disguise.

    If they really intend to fire you without notice, they'll be slowly but surely give you less and less to do over time.

    Use that time to interview elsewhere. You'll probably land a raise without having to sacrifice personal time in a job hunt.

    If it wasn't the case, no losses, so it's win, win.

    They sent me a payslip, but I don't receive any funds in my account. Weirdly, they "ex communicate" me
