"Hello, not sure if you remember, but you've been at our job interview 3 years ago. We're just wondering, if you're currently open for work."

In my mind: "yeah, fuck no"... and decline the offer.

Why not ?

I had plenty enough 'interviews' where they stated that they are actually not looking for someone to hire (yes strange i know)

But they are still looking for potential new skills. I wouldn't mind to get a call back to start there.

You can ask more than 3 years ago too.

For me it would depend on how we left the interview.
