@ElectroArchiver We have an app to rent sports equipment. All the renting apps I've seen ask for a photo at the end to see the conditions of the equipment, and if the user returned it correctly. And we do have that.
But the sales team wants a photo AT THE START of the reservation. And for me this is absurd. I've never seen anything like that. -
@andreyluiz It could be good if it's an optional function to report damages, like with car sharing.

@andreyluiz *require* or *allow*? I think being prompted to inspect the equipment and take photos of any damage when I rent something is great. Being forced to do it is stupid, however.

@lbfalvy That's exactly what I told them. We have to ask gently as a favor. Not require that to use the reservation flow.
