darkcode8278yDepends on what I'm building, but my primary for windows software and web is an i7, 500gb ssd x 2, 16gb ram with a gtx 860 2gb.
My secondary is a MacBook mini, used for iOS development.
Yours sounds good, too. -
Well ,I sometimes run alot of ide's and also have like 30+ tabs and alot of tabs on sublime text too ,so I needed a fairly powerful machine.
I got a lenovo ideapad.its got an i5 with 8gb of ram and a 275gb crucial ssd and I use Ubuntu 16.04 with i3 window manager.your hardware of choice needs to suit your workflow.
Though I must say I've only once or twice used more than half of my ram. -
diadev4608y@thureos well, I'm pretty new to this, I'm a third year at university. I mainly do c++ and Java, nothing too hefty yet. (I'm not very good at coming up with my own personal projects)
