Reminds me of the 13 year old self-proclaimed "hacker" that managed to say he used a hacker tool called "tracer T" from his command line.

"Tracer T" = tracert.

Maybe he just said the word as it's written and it just sounds similar with or without the vowels?

From the context it was pretty clear that he threw in something that sounded cool to appear l33t. He even ran a trace, as if that was close to hacking into the Pentagon or something.
