Sometimes "breaking something else" is actually the right direction to fixing everything; who knows, it could've been broken earlier and nobody noticed it. Maybe you fixing A unveiled an issue in B? Maybe a previous workaround is now counterproductive?

Or maybe your keyboard is cursed, idk
