Yes but no.
@dfox and @trogus have their own life and devRant is just a side project of them.

They are inactive and may restart the server but the app didn't get new updates since over a year.

As long as people are active on this platform it won't die i guess

The copyright year should indicate the year of creation of protectable work. Maybe, there just was no innovation happening in 2022 so far...

This could be the reason devrant is no longer updating.....tho...
