Company automatically disables your employee login passwords after every 45 days, which is a good practice for ensuring security. However I get no notifications that my password is being disabled. The result, for the past 4 months, I've been going to IT support requesting them to let me change my password on their admin console because I forgot to change it 'once again'. Sigh.. :/

    Is that really better for security? I'd think that most people couldn't be bothered to memorize a new complex password every 45days and would resort to using shitty passwords.

    @penguin to top that they have a very elaborate password policy stating the requirements in a password
