@SecondThread yeah it's funny, FRC championship was in Houston TX this year (near where I live) and so while I was flying to Kentucky for VRC, people were flying into Houston with their giant robots.

Whoever scheduled the events next year should not overlap them.

@programmerdave this year the ceremonies were awkward. Were they like that when you went? They went a little overboard with the lights (and that's coming from me!)

I'd have to look back at the pictures but long story short we came from a small school in Arkansas that no one expected to make it. We got 16th place too which I'm sure you know isn't to shabby
