In my 6 years of dev career I never had a mentor. Only some colleagues who drop comments during reviews here and there.

Going for the 4th here. 💪💪

Worst part is realizing that you wouldnt have so many gaps in knowledge and you wouldnt feel like a 6 years junior if you had a decent mentorship and instead of choosing positions where you are the only dev you should have chosen positions with bigger teams, where a conversation with a senior or a decent code review can give you more knowledge then spending years maintaining/developing existing app in a small company vacuum. But I guess thats what happens when youre an anxious dev and try to avoid criticism.
