Landscape/horizontal because the bezels line up, I can't deal with them not lined up.

You can have big classes in a lot of common scenarios. IF you have methods that long however...
Also, if you're doing HTML development, the portrait mode is a God send.
Plus, when reading a document, a page fits just perfefctly.
