Pays reasonably well for the skills required
Limits the amount of pointless meetings
Has a dedicated IT support department so Susan doesn't bother you with her fucking printer
Has good coffee

Apart from that, what really makes you so different from company x or y? Unless you're a silicon valley type ofc.

Every employer ever asks this question, either on the application or during the interview. Even fast food places looking for burger flippers. Nobody wants that job unless they really need the money.
