Having a meeting on your last day at the job feels weird.

Like do you think I care?

Last day should only have Farewell meeting.

I did it and it felt so good being there and not giving a fuck.

Actually nobody ever gave a fuck about meetings

But it is so good when you don’t need to hide it

It would all depend on why your leaving.

In was checking in some last fixes 10 min before shutting down the computer for the last time ;)

And a recent colleague did a production patch as part of his last day.

But of cause, if you do not bother about keeping good relations with the company or former coworkers (or if thats the reason your leaving) I can see that last day meetings can be less than useful ;)
