God I hate Python dependency management

Those last two words are not necessary.

I still don't get Python package management, I've read every document I could find including print books to try and understand how Python package management works, and I still have no F****ing clue as every time I try and get it to work the way the various sources say it should work I always get weird cryptic errors about namespaces, modules, and everything else.

Python package management is bullsh** of the highest order.
