I really dislike conflicting support. Tell me what I need to do to fix your service, don't offer maybes...

Why nobody thought of googling your error for you, it's what you'll do after looking at it for 2 seconds anyway!

@matanl I actually solve my own errors. This is a service issue, not one with my code. Unfortunately (In this case), I was told by the service support team that they would need to delete my account so I could recreate it (in order to fix the specific issue). When I then asked if this could be done, another support rep told me that I shouldn't need the account deleted and could recreate the account anyway. I couldn't and when I supplied them with an image proving this, I received no reply. Not to call out a specific company, but that's bad support, would you not agree?
