Plot twist: There is no development setup wiki. It was sheduled to be done by an intern that expired during the death flu pandemic. The seniors just assumed it be done and never needed it themselves. Some years later fresh blood enters the company and is told to read a wiki that never existed...

the funny part is the senior wrote the damn wiki and prescribe people to read it without actually reading the problems people have to diagnose if "read the wiki" is a relevant or applicable solution
