The company that I work for is very loud and noisy, making it really hard to code.

First day in new office, bigger space in the same building....PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE NOISE AND LOUDNESS

Yeah.... the noise in open space offices is pain in the ass...... sometimes it gets me mad as fuck :D

Are the noise and loudness generated by humans?

@Deserter yep, mostly comes from sales team which obviously has to talk about that new ringtone they got and play it so the others can listen to it and then laugh together

Or sonos, music. Average is both.

It's not sales team's fault tho that is their nature but engineers have to focus so different teams different needs? NOOOO let's be a family. It is a problem of the open space
