    $10 .....

    And here I am at $70 (3,700 inr)

    Got to love that cost difference 😵‍💫

    @C0D4 $6.68, to be precise :D

    @Cyanide AUD not USD 😅
    But yea, still a massive difference either way.

    I pay 339 czk (roughly 15eur) for 1gbps (in reality it's more like 850:600)

    137 upload is quite nice!

    Mine is €59... Although my employer is paying for my home connection.

    To be honest though, anything above 200/50 or so is kind of irrelevant -- unless you are trying to increase a torrent seeding ratio or are a gaming journalist reviewing AAA titles on Steam every day.

    I find stability/reliability/latency more important 😄

    @C0D4 India has the cheapest internet.

    Hence, the entire nation is fapping to Kim Kardashian while our economy goes south.

    @bittersweet Dutch are not allowed to participate in internet speed threads. Lol

    You guys have one of the fastest after (South) Korea.

    @Floydimus I'm also lucky in that I live in an industrial/tech valley area between a giant datacenter and one of the world's largest internet hubs.

    I dug a basement under my house, and it was a giant jigsaw puzzle (also in terms of permits) to avoid all the fiber cable bundles.

    In canada we have 1 gbps for 110 CAD / month, today i will be going to india i am gonna check how’s the speed there.

    @Floydimus Yeah when you buy a house here you own the land... But there's a whole bunch of clauses providing "right of way" for utilities, and you're not allowed to mess with those.

    So there's a 100GB line running through a concrete treshold between the workbench and the hottub and another one perpendicular through a floor beam.
