@atheist this are archived spec and from a very old version, it does not represent what typescript is as of now

@impune-pl language specification is totally different from documentation. For example, you can't compare MDN for JavaScript with JavaScript language specification, there is a big difference.

A tool widely use and been perceived as a superset of JavaScript does not have a FUCKING language specification, we have no single clue why certain things are done the way they are done. All we FUCKING do is guess.
