Company finnaly tried to hire specialized work for minimum wage.. They wanted 5 operators.
I was the only one desperate enough :(

If you work in any IT related field and get paid min wage, you are doing something wrong. I was getting paid above min wage as intern, with no job experience and in middle of studies, and that was 5 years ago when market wasn't so desperate for IT specialists.
