@rEaL-jAsE I use VPN whenever my ISP blocks some websites (like in my case, GitHub is usually blocked every 2 weeks or more)

Let's say that someone created an app /software to aggregate all news about gov abuses in China /Russia /Bielorrússia or any other dictatorship and placed the code in Github... Gibhub would be blocked /hacked / sued for that.
