Ironically, I think a prostitutioncoin might actually make sense.

Paying cash is made harder by governments, and it's often not something people would want to pay by bank/credit card. Having some kind of rating system (for both sides) built into the blockchain would be useful, as well as a stake system for building trust.

Could eliminate some of the nastier aspects of that industry.
