That’s not good tbh...you might need a dr if it’s like that after drinking enough water. Sorry but keeping it that low is bad for pretty much your entire body

@TeachMeCode I mean, I’m drinking 71.5 oz of water a day now, but it could just be that I’ve got so much body fat, the water percentage is ridiculously low -
@AmyShackles that makes sense. I guess obesity does make it seem worse than it is. I’m no dr so take me with a huge grain of salt!
