Back in the day providing assistance to older professionals was a wise move because if they liked you and appreciated you you’d make more friends and get ahead quicker
Of course I don’t expect this generation to understand that
They don’t seem to like human company unless it’s 4 ft tall or less and being kept in a fucking box under their bed -

I was was always happy to help out people.. thought it might make a good impression and help me make friends. Guess what they just take you for granted and don't even show any appreciation for what I do after i spend hours out of my working day to assist them.
I figured out too late that workplace is not the fantasy land i expected it to be. Being nice and helpful is taken as a sign of weakness nowadays. They don't help you get ahead.. they just use you to get ahead -
@brown yes but in the long run I have seen said trash molaram commented on and their crazy children end up pathetic robots that hate their lives
In general they already do hate themselves and others or they wouldn’t be so destructive
Why the hell are senior engineers coming to me me to debug and figure out issues? I don't even own this code..why should I care? Does your brain stop working as soon as you see the stack trace leave the code you have written? You are getting paid more than I do so go figure it out yourself. Why are you asshats even getting paid more than me? How did you even get there if you can't debug? Again why am i getting paid less than these asshats
