@drRoss it most definitely does not. Whatever deal my uni has with Microsoft includes the big three, plus Access, InfoPath, OneNote, Outlook, & Publisher.
I don't even know what an InfoPath is. -
@billgates not available. And my uni provided key for 2013 has expired. It's a dilemma.

Finally got it. The trick was to use a config file (thanks @drRoss) to trick it into downloading the 2016 version of core 365 and Visio, then activate Visio with the key for standalone Visio 2016, because Visio isn't included in the 365 subscription.
Still, fuck you, Microsoft. Software is software; who cares if an older version is installed. -
drRoss49148y@kaqqao LOOOOOL get back to me when you're 1/1000000000000th as successful as Microsoft.

Just reinstalled Windows to an SSD, so I'm reinstalling MS office. Office 365 is helpfully provided by my university. I also use Visio a good bit, and again my University helpfully provides Visio 2016.
Install Office 365.
Download 2.2GB Visio iso.
Mount Visio iso, run setup.exe.
