Here's the thing - while that's an awesome achievement, next time you're looking I'd encourage you to start applying to jobs you think you're underqualified for. So often when I hear this, it's because people undervalue themselves when choosing where to apply. And (without wishing to sound sexist) it's more often than not women in my experience.

@AlmondSauce it's not sexist, i think, it's just that women are not encouraged to pursue high positions and there's also the chance of getting rejected because of misogyny, so i think there's probably truth to your observation

@darksideofyay I have to cover my arse, I've been called worse than sexist by making similar observations before 🙃 but yes, absolutely stretch yourself beyond what you feel you can do and see where you land! Worse they say is no.
