    As someone who recently hired a junior dev in order to stop having contractors come in and rape my code base, I agree with this entirely. We went with a junior instead of another senior because I want smart people that acknowledge their lack of experience and are still flexible in their approach.

    Hiring senior developers sometimes leads to conflict in approaches and ego.

    I'll still be reviewing his code though. At least until death stops me from being a programmer.
