What's new? Bern a while since I looked at the Raspbian desktop but from what I recall it's looked like this for ages except for the start button design and light blue color of some notification icons.

mostly UI/UX, I think.
Settings, Icons, Window Design, and so on. Just downloaded it so I don't know much.
