What is your greatest weakness?

My greatest weakness is that I don't trust people enough to let them know how the can leverage me by telling them my weaknesses.

Trusting developers to write code that I can write myself but do not have time, In spirit of delegation.

Then the code comes back like a 2-year old wrote it. So I end up doing my self.

My weakness I trusting other developers sadly

Mine is that I am driven to irrational anger when people use leverage as a verb, I knowledge I should orderage my priorities but I can't helpage it.
