Fuck Workday! Fuck any company that uses Workday! Fucking stop parsing resume if you’re bad at it! Fucking stop asking to fill the same information in the resume I just uploaded!

I fucking hate all those systems

And each company you apply for that uses Workday, you have to create a new account woth Workday for that company.

It's shitty.

@Floydimus it’s always a BIG PAIN IN THE ASS when they make you register as opposed to simply letting you upload your damn resume and be done with it

I applied through Workday for the company I currently work with, which was painful, but those fucks are also using it to manage anything HR related internally (pay, benefits, performance tracking, etc.).

Fucking pile of shit barely works and the UI has been designed by Johnny the Orangutan.
