Code? No
Pick up the phone? No
Repair stuff? No
Doing photocopies? No
Swipe the floor? No

You are hired!

I've literally been in an interview round table follow up where I was like "they can't code, they've got other skills but I don't think we should hire them".

Everyone else: "we really struggle to hire people, let's make them an offer"

Me: "If we hire them, I'll take no responsibility for teaching them"

So, anyway, we didn't make them an offer.
