without making connection it can be difficult to do it in real time. whatever php allows to use websockets too.

@aviv some solution to push events from server to client. or even client-client (webrtc maybe?) anyway nodejs is more suitable for gaming. just some days ago also made turn based chess-like game using it.

@MaxDeepfield For some reason I try running Nodejs code on my server (Apache server [with DirectAdmim on it]) and it keeps giving me 403 error (3 straight days was spent on forums trying to fix it and couldn't do it).. that is why I'm trying to find alternatives..
