When it doesn't matter anymore if you read or not, because the author already have been paid!

I tried to read that one. It's not that bad, but the whole book is without exercises. I am not sure, how you can learn a language without much exercise...

@edsdame the thing is I've been learning Android for a while, but (because I come from a business background) I still can't get the OOP concepts right, along with some other Java basics.

So I'm hoping this will help me make sense of the android exercises that I have. If not, I'll pick another book with java exercises

Polymorphism is the thing that gets me sometimes...

@edsdame excercises are a waste of time... Not fun and oftentimes artificially prolongated. Its much better to try to apply the concepts on your own on a fun idea.

Well, I guess then it depends on the person. I, for one, need the guidance of exercises.

@edsdame yeah... Learning is very person dependent... And oftentimes exercises help. But to me they make me forget everything
