This new WhatsApp status page is weird ....I miss the one liners that I used to give as status...

@SDE97 it is popular from place to place and has really huge user base already.
Also, everything except the server is Open Source.
A lot of communities use Telegram instead of IRC nowadays.

They have already started rolling out the old text based status' to beta testers. But the new photo based status' are still there.
So now there is going to be a text based status and an image based status on whatsapp.
What a time to be alive. :/
