@Anakata smaller company usually don't have lots of money. That's why they're small. Do you have a big salary there?

@Devnergy yeah they’re giving me a raise. I have realized that big corporations are not for me— too much hierarchy and bureaucracy. You generally get to learn more at smaller firms. Also, me having socialist/leftist inclinations works well with the direction I am headed.
