replying the linkedin requests, however with my requirements / wishes rather than my expected output. Tier 1: 25h a week, 60 days of paid leave, 20% learning time budget
Tier 2: 30h + 45 days + 15%
Tier 3: 35h + 35 days + 10%
With Tier 3 being the minimum and salary requirements increasing from Tier 1 to 3.
