So many tasks to do that are piling up for my startup, and so little time with day job taking it all away from me. Ugh

Sammy - now is the time to build your startup. It will pay off. Hang in there.

I have the same problem. To try to make it a little better, I find prioritization and MVPs really help. Sometimes it hurts a bit, but really try to prioritize the tasks that matter the most for giving your startup the best chance, and cut any features you don't absolutely need. It is very rewarding to get even an MVP to market. From there you can again prioritize and start adding more features and functionality.

I had to tell boss "no more extra hours, I need to make business", then kept working on my own thing till 1 or 2am every day, months later I quitted, now I'm much poorer, work more hours, but I am also my own boss and live on the beach
