I hate web dev. I said it. When you build a simple website with clean, consistent business and display logic and your boss asks you to make exceptions for every goddamn record. Maybe it's how the type is rendered. Maybe something needs emphasis. Maybe the designer doesn't like how a specific record word-breaks, so you have to write logic to handle that. It's always SOME annoying little detail that takes hours and hours, complicates logic and won't even be noticed.
