    @aliafzal Someone travelled by plane to America and immigration wanted to verify she was a software developer. They asked Computer Science questions (such as this one about binary search trees) to do so.

    Ohh those memorys about the good old red-black trees

    @Chaplin Tbh I heard about those but we focused on AVLs instead (iirc red-black trees were better if you needed to insert/remove data regularly but AVLs were better for pure search operations).

    I don't see what's the problem in this... I know it's just an algorithm and not programming per se, but they can't have questions for every programming language that exists, since not everybody codes in the same languages while algorithms are somewhat universal

    @Pac23 Sorry for getting it wrong, its just that "Celestine" definitely looks like a female name to me.

    So you're both criticizing that guy for being "racist" (he did a bad joke, not really racist) and yet you're both bullying and insulting him for not thinking like you guys do. Do I sense a hint of hypocrisy?

    Like really guys, don't be offended by a bad joke, that's how you feed the trolls

    @fox8091
    He was not judging in any way, again, he was making a joke. Doesn't matter how bad the joke was you don't have to find it funny nor be offended by it.
    I don't see any insults, he didn't call them anything insulting, it's the same as calling a white person a cracker or a Chinese a chink, it's slang, and it doesn't need to be used in a mean, insulting way.
    Words mean nothing, the power you give to them does, and I really don't think in any way he was trying to be racist.

    May I say you're probably the last person that should be offended by that? You're probably white, and that makes you look like you have white guilt.

    It's like you say the n word is insulting because of all the years of slavery black people had to go through, no, it's not (Ofc depending on how you use it), black people don't care if you say it, as long as it's not to their face in an attempt to insult them.

    Thats just my opinion but you don't have to insult people because you think they're wrong. My 2¢

    @ironedr
    Racist or not it's free speech nonetheless and there's no need for direct insults, you could've stated your ideas without insults of any kind and that doesn't make you any better than him (even though I don't think there's much wrong with him).

    I did feel the need to take his side because this days people are too sensitive to what other people say instead of ignoring it like they should've.

    My point wasn't based on the fact that he was right but rather that it's his opinion, no need to make a big deal out of it, it's not like he's committing hate crimes or anything...

    @ironedr
    You can say what you want, that's free speech for you, however, when you're pointing what he said as wrong or immoral you need to be more careful with what you say.

    And since we shouldn't be too sensitive when it comes to bad language, we also shouldn't be for Internet racism, most of it is trolling anyways
