There is this colleague working in my team so if I ask her to Todo something for me she will do it but will respond to my email just few minutes before sign off time (4:30pm). Next day during the standup meeting she will inform the manager that the task has completed and it's in my plate now. Since she responded to me just few minutes before signoff time I was not able to deliver the task that I was suppose todo on that day.
