Depends on the audience you are looking for. For example, if you are writing development-related posts and want them to stand up higher in Google search results or alike, try DEV.to. If you are interested in writing for a prepared audience, Hashnode. These two are the first that come to mind in terms of liberated access to both writing and reading.
