How do I keep improving as a dev?

By ignoring what my colleagues say. Idiots

This is remarkably true for me too.

"If you are the smartest person in the room..."

Feels somewhat condescending ain't it?
Even in my previous job where people were not the sharpest pencils in the case I learned a lot:
1. How NOT to behave to colleague developers
2. How NOT to behave as a team leader to fellow developers.
3. How to push ideas and be assertive.

A wise wo/man should always learn from her/his surroundings, especially when she/he feels they are beneath her/him, because it is precisely then when it is possible to learn from others mistakes.

@nocgod devrant can be a frustrating place. Thank god some devs still know what respect means...
