I received a call from my boss saying I was laid off while I was out.

Wait a minute... I actually just woke up... This was all a dream...

Wonder if it is a message from my subconscious though...

Anyone else dream they get fired?

@allanx2000 yes really! I've been out of work twice in the last 12 years or so. The job I'm in now is a really nice one, great team, good management - in theory I'm now happily settled for the next few years until retirement. And yet I dreamed I was out of work again only two nights ago, so there's obviously still some deep seated paranoia in there somewhere!

@MrXero Congrats for nice job though yea the dreams can be scary. But you're almost at retirement! I wish I could retire and just move somewhere with nice weather year round.... I still got another 40 years...

@jAsE hm... I once had a vivid dream about having a girlfriend... it hasn't happened yet.... :(

My subconscious seems to just be really good at solving problems that have bugged me all day/week.
