Why the FUCKKK FAANGM is highly rated?

Startups are volatile

FAANG allows you to learn cool stuff and opens a lot of doors to you.

Will they chose freelancer 1 which worked 3 years at a random company or freelancer 2, which worked 2 years in Google?

A FAANG job is a status symbol just like a Harvard graduation

FAANG gives you luxury to time and resources to fail and learn.

They try to get a job which allows them to plan a family. Sadly such jobs can now only easily be found at the biggest of companies.

With startups you can't plan anything. You don't know whether you still have an income next month. You don't know whether you actually can afford having a child or even two.

You can have stability with smaller companies too. But such companies aren't normally web-related and hard to find.
