@kamen nope, if the battery dies I'm out
I don't even have a charger with power delivery here that I could use
I'd just drive back to my apartment or the company office, but I have an appointment later so it makes no sense.
I'll probably work until it's dead, and after my appointment I'll go to my apartment and work for a while. I'm way behind schedule already... -
19V bricks or USB-C chargers (whichever your laptop needs) are common and inexpensive. It would make sense to buy another one and place it strategically so that this won't happen again.
-
@Fast-Nop I'd need to get a brand specific charger, or a power delivery one
And honestly, I don't feel like spending my own money on that, I should just not forget 4head -
nibor46054yAre your employers too tight to pay for an extra charger? That's the shit that'd make me be looking for a new role. -
@nibor well I have two, one for on the go, and another for the office at the docking station
-
@A4Abhiraj it doesn't last me the normal work day, but what can I expect if I run 700 browsers at the same time because everything is a god damn electron application

@RikaroDev @ScriptCoded as I mentioned I have two, one that's in the office all the time and another one for when I work at home
I just uh ... Forgot to take it -
eideon374ySame with me I went to study in the library and what is the first thing is see, 15% battery remaining and I'm too tired to walk and get the charger.
So I played a game online and went back when it ended๐
