Been at the same company for 2 years, this has been the worst day, hands down. Probably going to be fired soon, or end up quitting. Yaay more time for personal projects, yaay not having money.

So, for the past week I have worked on a project that should have only taken a few days to complete. On Monday,the day I expected to finish it, my higher up flipped out and thought I was working on something else while she had another dev do the same work I was doing. Eventually over the next couple of days, they made so many changes that what I had worked on was completely useless. Finally yesterday, I was told to abandon the project until higher ups figure what they want to do. So for now, my job is safe but i have definitely started looking for another job.
