Window 10 Bluetooth is garbage. Mouse lags like hell.🤦‍♂️
Same mouse works totally smooth on MacOS though.

As much as I dislike Windows 10 I don't think this is the cause. Bluetooth was always pretty solid for me and MS makes their own Bluetooth mice which are decent imho.

Probably just a shitty driver or something. Unless you run both Windows and Mac OS on the same hardware there are many other possible factors.

@deadlyRants I am using a Logitech mouse with MacOS and my personal windows 10 laptop.
I did all the troubleshooting possible and also emailed Logitech tech support.
None of the things they mentioned help at all.

    Same hardware?
Otherwise it might be USB3 interference, try another port (better USB2.0) or extension cable.

    @saucyatom it's a Bluetooth mouse, doesn't need a receiver

oh well, then it might just be shitty hardware (design)

Driver problem, not windows specifically. Happened to me with cheap super generic Bluetooth adapters.

@aneesh Did you try reinstalling the BT driver?

It's a rare issue but I once had constant problems with audio on my old laptop and they instantly went away when I manually uninstalled the manufacturer's official driver and let Windows auto-install a generic one. Some drivers are just total piles of shit.

Other than that I have no idea, but I've had more reliability issues with USB on Windows 10(and on multiple devices).

I used to have that same problem with my MX Master. It went away when I reinstalled Windows last year after — better Boot Camp drivers from Apple, maybe?

Does your windows machine use realtek for the networking and bluetooth. I have had nothing but bad experiences with their 8822CE network card in my asus laptop for both bluetooth and wifi

@Sony-wf-1000xm3 yes mine does have realtek drivers. Which drivers should I uninstall?
Do you have any website where I can go through the steps?

@aneesh I cannot help. Just wanted to let you onow that I have had issues on bluetooth with realtek devices.

    Try using a wired mouse.
