I am receiving this type of one liner mail more often from our clients.

"Application is not working properly."
Me:
Typed : explain properly idiot.
Deleted.
Typed Again: Sir, can you be more specific.
Sent.

Or

"Application is not running."
Me:
Typed : of course it can't run. Bloody hell.
Deleted.
Typed again: inconvenience caused deeply regretted. Our representative will contact you about this.
Sent.

Man i am tired.

    I would be more ranting about bugs which no one mentions. Everyone behaves like everything is fine but there sometimes are awful bugs. We would fix them but we have to know them.

    Automate the reply, so if they actually explain or have a real problem you will know with the second round xD
